I went out to Pacific City, OR to get some footage for the longboard contest a couple weekends ago and I ended up surfing in it! Which was a totally fantastic experience, even though I had not surfed in a year and I'm only half way into my ACL recovery. I didn't fare well to say the least but now I have an itch for surfing in more contests, and definitely for more surf filming on the Oregon coast.
